Engineered, Deployed and Maintained Enterprise scale AirWatch MDM system with 35K iOS mobile devices deployed worldwide migrating from Blackberry Enterprise Server. Using Systems Engineering Processes, maintained stable and redundant systems while adding complexity based on business area requirements via stringent change management processes.
AppLE iOS
Developed processes to support constantly changing iOS environment to ensure device security across the enterprise. Created and delivered technical training to Business Area support staff as well to end user communities via various mediums. Research and Analysis of incoming OS changes weighing the impact and risk across the enterprise.
Apple App Store
Engineered processes, procedures and integration with public Apple App Store and internal Enterprise App Store. Integrated with Volume Purchase Program and customized for various locations worldwide allowing employees to purchase and install Apps without involving an expense reporting or chargeback process.
JIRA
Teamed with Engineers to develop and input initial structures into JIRA tool for work visualization. Responsible for Epic, Story and Task input and maintenance. Worked with Team to obtain status on task items daily to ensure workflow was maintained and on track. Teamed with Engineering organization to have Quarterly release planning activity for future workload planning.
SHAREPOINT
Maintained various aspects of Team Sharepoint site location as landing page for product and service offering to Business Areas across the corporation seeking Mobile Device services. Responsabilities included file access management, file library administration, content distribution and communications.
Custom Web portal
Designed, Developed, Deployed and Maintained a Custom Web Portal to support requirements from Business Areas and end users across the Enterprise. From automated device request and provisioning to App requests and vetting the Portal was a location for end users and support personnel for all Mobile Device Management needs. Lead a small team of engineers and Developers to accomplish monthly cycle releases.
Service now
Transitioned from Remedy ITSM tool for Service request, Trouble ticket and Change Management tracking. Developed many automated input forms for customer use to automate workflows into our Engineering team. Migrated Service queues into Service Now for team use.
SQL Server
Engineered and Deployed SQL Server solutions in distributed complex environments to support Mobile Device Management, Custom Web Portal and other third party applications Data requirements. Team with Developers to design Database structures according to requirements and used data to obtain metrics and make informed decisions.
Windows server
Designed, Deployed and Maintained Windows Server 2012 and 2016 infrastructure to support Application requirements for Mobile Device Management, Web Portals and other Applications. Supported a total of 24 Servers in an Enterprise Data center structured environment at the Application and Operating System levels. Teamed with Engineering teams to ensure Windows Servers were maintained at appropriate levels with corect Change Management processes being adhered, ensuring enviornment stability.
Internet Browsers
Resposible for Enterprise configurations, deployments, metrics, thrid tier support and security configurations to ensure enterprise systems were functioning and secure based on strict requirements across the worldwide locations. Lead engagements with stajeholders to modify Browser configuratons and handle any escalations for large scale browser configuration or security issues.
Microsoft office
Engineered, Deployed and Maintained Enterprise scale Microsoft Office local installation deployments including packaging, configuration, security and third tier support. Worked to standardize worldwide systems of ~300K to a single version of Office to minimize variance and configuration discrepancies.

Acquisition integration
Responsible as point of contact for IT Operations in spearheading the acquisition transition with Lockheed Martin. From data circuits and telephony to remote access, domain and email account transitions our team was responsible for seamless transition in a timely manner to ensure acquisition was smooth. Teamed with multiple large teams at LM to ensure transitions were planned, executed and completed. All transitions were completed and acquisition was successful allowing LMCT employees to integrate into a LM business culture.
Data center expansion
Engineered, deployed and maintained an expanded data center with ~80 servers, telecommunications equipment, HVAC and electrical and circuit planning for new location. Lead team of engineers to successfully migrate and deploy new server and telephony VOIP infrastructure ensuring state of the art equipment and services for a growing company in a new location. Teamed with multiple vendors and design teams to ensure planing and delivery was completed to senior management expectations and timeline.
Desktop Support
Lead small team of computer systems analysts in daily support of everything ranging from active directory and email accounts to data storage, local windows systems and software delivery. Team handled asset management, computer imaging and telephony via Shore tel VOIP in a facility with approximately 500 highly technical users in office and lab environment locations. Mobile devices, multi function printers and badge systems qwere also supported across facilities.
Shoretel voip
Lead effort to research, design and implement new VOIP system, Shoretel, replacing traditional PBX system to increase cost savings for company and eliminate system risks and support issues. Deployed multilocation VOIP system using Shoretel system and delivered training to support engineers and end user staff during deployment.
Executive support
Responsible for Executives support for all devices and software both within the facility, board meeting locations and other remote locations. Responsible for engaging with proper staff to schedule small windows to access executives devices in order to service in a timely manner. Delivered traiing as required to executives on various software and hardware items.
Wireless
Implemented Wireless connectivity for end user computing equipment across multiple sites including stop gap measure to WAN connect two sites via long range wireless signaling. This was the first wireless connectivity at any of the company facilities and became the primary source of connectivity because of reliability and speed in most use cases.

Lead engineering and support efforts in DoD classified areas to ensure projects security and operational efficiency. Operated within strict security guidelines in very small teams of engineers while maintinaing responsabilities in unclassified areas of facility.
Windows
Lead small team of engineers that supported all aspects of the Windows operating system, including image development and deployment across ~450 systems. Used various software delivery mechanisms including in house developed and Microsoft SMS to deliver required software in an automated system. Reduced staff by one FTE by removing manual installations and image deployment.
